The unit for crushing rubber waste AIR 420/400-800A is designed for crushing non-reinforced rubber waste into a crumb size of 0.3 - 10 mm. It can work independently or as part of lines at RTI plants and other enterprises.

The ARK MG-90A rubber cutting unit is designed for cutting natural rubber bales without preliminary steaming into pieces of a certain size, as well as for cutting synthetic rubber of the nairit, SKI-3, SKN type, etc. It is used both independently and as part of rubber preparation lines at tire and rubber industry plants.

Rubber-processing rollers 800. Each type of rollers is manufactured in 2 versions: with the right (P2M) and left (L2M) drive arrangement.

The NG-2 hydraulic knife is designed for cutting bales of raw natural rubber into ten parts for further feeding them into the steaming chamber and to the plasticizer, or for hanging for subsequent loading into the rubber mixer. The NG-2 hydraulic knife is a special horizontal hydraulic press having an individual pump drive and equipped with a knife head for cutting bales of rubber.
